At Specialgifts, we make every effort to ensure that every personalized piece of jewelry is as stunning as the moment it was designed.

If your jewelry contains an error or a defect, please inform us immediately in order to find the best solution to rectify this situation as soon as possible by including the order number in your request

RETURN POLICY

Jewelry with a defect can be returned to the right choice within 11 days of delivery of the package. Since our jewelry is personalized and unique, please note that these returns involve a 30% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As soon as your order has been registered, we immediately start the production of your personalized jewelry. If you wish to cancel your order, a 30% charge will be applicable on the total amount of the jewel.

In order to cancel your order, please contact customer service.

Cancellation takes place on the day we receive the written cancellation request. The account used to make the purchase will be credited with the amount of the refunded items. This refund procedure can take up to 7 working days from the date of validation of the refund.
